Introduction

Walnut veneer particle boards usually consist of a particle board or MDF core. The melamine, made of a resin, is laminated on to that core, thus creating a hardened surface. This surface is very durable, so it will resist marks and scratches.

It works well for cabinets, closet storage, and shelving. MAOSHENG melamine particle board even sells pre-cut shelving in white with the front edge wrapped so the wood is not exposed. This gives the self a clean look with none of the core exposed on the front.

Feature and Advantage

Walnut veneer particleboard appropriate pressurization time. If the time is too short, the middle resin can not be fully cured, the elastic recovery of the finished product in the thickness direction increases, and the plane tensile strength decreases significantly. After hot pressing, the Walnut veneer particleboard moisture content of particleboard should reach the equilibrium state after a period of conditioning treatment, and then it should be sawed, sanded and inspected for packaging. However, hot stacking is not allowed after pressure relief, otherwise the brittleness of plates will be increased.
