Introduction

Because the weight of hollow core board is less than half of the same size solid wood board, the lightweight texture can also avoid the deformation caused by too much load of hinge and door pocket, and extend the service life. APPLICATION

The density of the hollow core board of the bridge hole is far lower than that of the plain pressed particleboard. For the same volume of the board, the raw material used for the hollow core board of the bridge hole is far less than that of the ordinary particleboard. If the urea formaldehyde resin is used as the adhesive to make the particleboard, the amount of glue applied for the qualified plane pressed particleboard is 10% - 12%, while the amount of glue applied for hollow core board of the bridge hole is only 4% - 8%. It can be seen that in terms of raw materials, the hollow core board opening can also greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the slab.
