POPLAR CORE CHIPBOARD IS THE CHIPBOARD WHICH WAS MADE FROM THE POPLAR WOOD. The middle layer is bigger chips and the two sides with the small chips. And then the chips mix with the glue ,

spreading the mixed chips on the press machine . After hot press, sizing, sanding, the  chipboard is done.

Some clients also call it poplar core chipboard. 

Introduction

Poplar is the species of the tree. The trees grow in China  which was named of China white poplar. The tree grow fast and light weight. Tf here are a lot othe poplar tree around our area, which provide sufficient raw materials for us to make the chipboard.  So we also call it poplar core chipboard. The brand name of our core is MAOSHENG WOOD CORE. Our board include Non fire core and Fire core. As for the non fire core, The thickness is from 33-44mm. As for the Fire core, the thickness is 44MM, 54MM and 64MM. We also get the Fire certificate with this Thickness . We can also make the Fire core with the thickness of 33MM 36MM and 38MM. But there is no certificate till now.
