Fire door core is the fire retardant door core . It is made by chips, fire resistant materials , Fire resistant glue . All of our chips is from fresh poplar branch and scrached by machine. After drying, the chips  mixed with the glue and then  paving on the moving strip . After cutting, then hot press, cold , sizing . Then the board is done. We will use this core to make the fire doors

As per the  regulation of the international, we need to get the internation certificate for the fire resistant particle board . So we test our doors which used our core to make. Luckily, we get the certificate for IFC, Certifire, Intertek for the 30 Min , 60 mins. The core for the 90 Mins and 120 mins are under test.
