THE Introduction

Wood door cores as one part of fire door according to the new national standard GB-2008 for fire doors, which was implemented on January 1, 2009, the fire door test method passed the test, and obtained the certificate of verification and registration and the authorized sign issued by the Bureau of standards and inspection of the Ministry of economy, it is called fire door. The fire doors defined in NFPA and IBC codes are "any combination of fire doors, jambs, hardware and other accessories that can jointly provide a certain degree of fire protection for openings."

Feature

Wood door cores is according to the fire resistance limit, the wood thermal insulation fire door is divided into three categories, i.e. class A, class B and class C, with the fire resistance requirements of 90min, 60min and 30min respectively. The wood used to make the solid wood fire door needs to be dried and flame retardant, and its moisture content shall not be greater than 12%. When limited by conditions, the water content in the production shall not be greater than the local equilibrium water content.
