THAINLAND PARTICLEBOARD is made in Thailand. They use the different wood species which density is higher than poplar wood. Our particleboard use the Chinese Poplar wood which is lighter and white also soft.

Introduction

THAINLAND Particle board is made by heat pressing wood waste like sawmill shavings, wood chips, resin an even sawdust together. In order to make these boards fire proof, bug resistant and water resistant by mixing dyes, release agents and was into a liquid mixture along with the wood waste. Then this liquid is made into sheets. Multiple compressions are applied to the board sheet to create a very tight bond between the wood pieces and resin. THIANLAND particle board usually used for the furniture like cabinet , kitchen, closet, wardrobe and so one. For the China particleboard, most of them also used for the kitchen and furniture . But MAOSHENG particleboard mainly for the door core and door blanks including the fire rated door core and non fire rated door core.
