Laminated particle board is the particle board which was pressed by melamine paper, PVC or Veneer by glue. We are producing the particle board which was pressed by the melamine paper. The finish is matt , glossy, high glossy ,  texture finish. The thickness is 12MM 15MM 16MM and 18MM. The size is 1220X2440MM.  We have a lot of color and you can choose the color you like from our color list.

Introduction

Laminated particle board is to spray adhesive on wood particle board first, and then make particleboard by hot pressing, then stick the coated melamine paper or veneer on the particleboard. Laminated particle board process of making particleboard substrate and overlay veneer is completely different, there should be two production lines to complete, so not only the production process is scattered, the production cycle is long, but also the production cost is high.  We use the lastest technology and the equipment to produce the products and can sure the quality .

Our this kind of products can overcome the above disadvantages, and a continuous production line can be used to produce a veneer /melamine particleboard. Below, a diagram is used to illustrate the contents of the invention: Laminated particle board has three structures, such as single layer, three layers and gradual structure. The particle board is made of coarse and fine particleboard mixed randomly; It  is obviously separated from the surface layer and the core layer according to the size of the particle size; while the gradual structure board can not be divided into obvious layers, and the particle size gradually becomes larger from the surface layer to the core layer.
