Introduction

Melamine maple particle boards usually consist of a particle board or MDF core. The melamine, made of a resin, is laminated on to that core, thus creating a hardened surface. This surface is very durable, so it will resist marks and scratches.

Feature and Advantage

Maple melamine particle board is a key process in particleboard production. Its function is to solidify the glue in the slab, and consolidate the loose slab into the plate of specified thickness after pressing. Maple melamine particle board appropriate moisture content. When the surface water content is 18-20%, the bending strength, tensile strength and surface finish are improved, and the possibility of bubbling and delamination is reduced. The moisture content of core layer shall be lower than that of surface layer to maintain proper plane tensile strength.
