Fire door means that it can meet the fire resistance stability within a certain period of time

Fire door structure

Fire rated chipboard is generally set in the following parts.

(1) Close the evacuation staircase to the corridor; close the elevator hall to the front room and the front room to the corridor.

(2) Inspection doors of vertical pipe wells such as cable well, pipe well, smoke exhaust duct and garbage passage.

(3) Divide the fire compartment, control the building area of the partition, set up the firewall and the door on the fire partition wall. When it is difficult to install fire wall or fire door in the building, fire shutter door should be used instead and water curtain should be used for protection.

(4) Code (e.g. GB 50016-2014 code for fire protection design of buildings) or partition door with special requirements for fire prevention and smoke prevention.

For example: the equipment room with fixed fire extinguishing equipment (cylinder chamber, foam station, etc.) attached to high-rise civil buildings should be attached. The partition doors of ventilation, air conditioning rooms, etc. should adopt grade a fire doors; the doors on the partition walls of the basement with frequent stays or more combustible materials should be classified as grade a fire doors; due to limited conditions, fuel and gas boilers must be arranged in high-rise buildings. Class a fire doors shall be used for doors on partition walls of special rooms. There are also special design requirements to fire door, such as fire control command center, archives, valuables warehouse, etc. the door is usually class A or class B. Fire rated chipboard is an important part of fire fighting equipment and an important part of social fire prevention. The fire door shall be equipped with fire door closer or equipped with door closing device which can automatically close the door in case of fire (except for special parts, such as pipeline well door). That is to say, in addition to some special parts, such as pipe shaft door, which do not need to install door closer, other parts need to install fire door closer.
