Particle board, fire seal, fire door, melamine chipboard, hollow core--FULIN WOOD GROUP
The quality of particleboard is related to three aspects, one is the structure of wooden boards, the other is the adhesive used for wooden boards, and the third is the production process of particleboard. This article mainly analyzes how to judge the quality of particleboard from these three perspectives.
First, the quality of particleboard is related to its structure
The structure of the so-called particle board actually refers to the type of its core here. The different cores have a great correlation with the quality of the particle board.
Second, the quality of particleboard is related to its adhesive
The adhesives mentioned here affect the quality of the particleboard, mainly from the perspective of its environmental protection. We all know that the amount of formaldehyde release is the biggest problem for wood-based panels such as particleboard, and the amount of formaldehyde release has a lot to do with the amount and type of adhesive used.
Third, the quality of particleboard is related to its process
The quality of particleboard affects its quality mainly reflected in its surface. For example, the carbonization point, the particleboard is placed under a bright light at a 45-degree angle, and the unsightly small pieces you see are the carbonization points. The more carbonization points, the lower the level of particleboard technology, the worse the quality of the wood board.
