1) Large shavings are leaking from both ends of the upper surface of the side. The master who produces this defect

The main reason is that the inclination of the side wall panel of the paving machine and the bottom molding belt is too large. Generally, the angle between the side wall panel of the paving machine and the forming belt is 90o. When the inclination angle of the side wall panel is too large, and the width of the side wall is larger than the bottom, the material at the side will collapse, resulting in the upper surface material. The edges cannot completely cover the core material of the edges, resulting in large shavings on the edges of the upper board surface after sanding. This situation needs to be checked and adjusted by the angle of the side wall of the paver to solve it.

2) Large shavings are leaking from both ends of the lower surface of the side. There are two main reasons for this situation. One is that the wind speed of the slab edge after pavement molding is too high during the cleaning process. When the material scattered on the edge is sucked, a part of the surface material is also sucked, causing the slab. The bottom was "hollowed out" and sanded to reveal large shavings.
